The 2007 Season:
In its 92nd season, the Leon Football program is the oldest high school football program in the state of Florida. Inspired by the proud tradition of all those mighty lions before them, this year's team is charged with an enthusiastic spirit. Best wishes for a MOST successful season go to Coach and his hard working, dedicated staff.

Students playing football MUST fill out the Leon County School Board Application for Activity Participation and Student-Athlete Authorization for Disclosure of Protected Health Information. Click links for forms.

Football Physicals:
To play football you must have a physician's certificate stating that you are physically fit for interscholastic athletic competition. The physician's certificate (physical) must be completed on the FHSAA's EL2 form. The student and the parent are to complete page one of the form and sign it. The physician may then conduct the physical and fill out page two of the form. In order to participate during the 2007-08 school year the physical must be dated any time between April 2007 and one day before your first practice (FHSAA bylaw 11.8).
